To create is to exist.

"The act of creation frees man from routine, giving him access to pleasure and the completeness of being. It is what allows each person to reveal themselves, to restore themselves. Everyone has creative potential regardless of their age, sociocultural level, or genetic makeup: the resources necessary to access the creative dimension are universal. All life is a source of inspiration, and, like speaking, seeing, feeling, and loving, creativity is action and renewal. There is something alive about the creative process: creating is experiencing oneself positively in relation to one's surroundings, and it is also refusing to break away from one's life. Creativity therefore does not require an analytical approach, but an activity that catalyzes emotion, sensitivity, and pleasure." R. Laforestrie.
